Page 7 Step 1: Cabinet Shell Screw x3 Dowel Pin X4 Cam Bolt Screw Cam Lock Magnet x1 Lift Rail (Right) Prepare Panel F as follows: Insert (2) Cam Bolts, firmly pressing until the bolt is fully anchored in the board. Insert (4) Cam Locks Insert (4) Dowel Pins into the edges of Panel F Attach the Magnet using (2) rs3 Screws.

DO NOT remove the small wooden block from the Lift until assembly is complete. If the block is removed or falls out before lift assembly is complete, the cables will retract, making installation more difficult.

Page 15 Step 3: Door Cam Bolt Cam Lock Prepare Panels J and K as follows: Dowel Pin x10 - Insert (1) Cam Bolt into each panel, firmly pressing until the bolt is fully anchored in the board. Page 16 Step 3: Door Cam Bolt Insert (4) Cam Bolts into Panel M as shown, firmly pressing until the bolt is fully anchored in the board.. Cam Cover Finish assembling the door bin as shown, guiding cam bolts on Panel M into cam locks on Panels J, K and L.
Page 17 Step 3: Door Cam Bolt Wrench x1 Magnet Catch Plate x1 Locking Caster x1 Screw Screw Insert (7) Cam Bolts into Panel H, firmly pressing until the bolt is fully anchored in the board. Attach Magnet Catch Plate to Panel H using (2) rs4 Screws. Attach Caster Bracket to Panel H as shown, using (4) rs1 Screws.
Page 18 Step 3: Door Cam Cover Attach assembled door bin to Panel H as shown, guiding cam bolts into cam locks. Tighten cam locks and apply Cam Covers. Flush Hinge x3 Screw Dowel Pin x4 Prepare Panel G as follows: - Attach (3) Flush Hinges using (6) rs4 Screws - Insert (4) Dowel Pins into the edge of the panel Cam Lock - Insert (3) Cam Locks...
Page 19 Step 3: Door Screw Handle x1 Handle Bolt x2 Cam Cover Attach Panel G to the side of the cabinet, screwing the hinges on Panel G into the edge of Panel E as shown. Use (6) rh4 Screws. Attach Panel H to Panel G, carefully guiding cam bolts into cam locks.
Page 20 Step 4: Table Leaf Screw FULLY OPEN THE DOOR AND LOCK THE DOOR CASTER IN POSITION. Balance Panel C on the open door and attach snag-free hinges to Panel C using (6) rs2 Screws. DO NOT OPEN THE CABINET’S SIDE LEAF WITHOUT THE DOOR LOCKED IN POSITION.
