Insert (4) Cam Locks Insert (4) Dowel Pins into the edges of Panel F Attach the Magnet using (2) rs3 Screws.

NOTE: Non-Locking (rt1) Casters must be installed at the Back Edge of the board. Locking (rt2) Casters must be installed at the front edge.

If the block is removed or falls out before lift assembly is complete, the cables will retract, making installation more difficult.

  • Page 17 Step 3: Door Cam Bolt Wrench x1 Magnet Catch Plate x1 Locking Caster x1 Screw Screw Insert (7) Cam Bolts into Panel H, firmly pressing until the bolt is fully anchored in the board. Attach Magnet Catch Plate to Panel H using (2) rs4 Screws. Attach Caster Bracket to Panel H as shown, using (4) rs1 Screws.

  • Page 19 Step 3: Door Screw Handle x1 Handle Bolt x2 Cam Cover Attach Panel G to the side of the cabinet, screwing the hinges on Panel G into the edge of Panel E as shown. Use (6) rh4 Screws. Attach Panel H to Panel G, carefully guiding cam bolts into cam locks.
  • Page 20 Step 4: Table Leaf Screw FULLY OPEN THE DOOR AND LOCK THE DOOR CASTER IN POSITION. Balance Panel C on the open door and attach snag-free hinges to Panel C using (6) rs2 Screws. DO NOT OPEN THE CABINET’S SIDE LEAF WITHOUT THE DOOR LOCKED IN POSITION.
