Confirm your TPC and FPM Products FPM products are equipped with positioning pillars for the convenience of user instal- lation, allowing customers to confirm the correct installation position before securing with a screwdriver. However, due to differences between the TPC-B600 series and other series such as TPC-B200, TPC-B300, TPC-B500, etc., customers may need to manually adjust. - Page 5 Secure TPC and FPM 12” 1.2.2 Use the screws provided in the accessory box to securely attach your FPM and TPC products. - Page 6 Picture 1.4 TPC-B520 Installation FPM 15” & Above Products and TPC Installation FPM 15” & Above Positioning Pillars 1.3.1 If the FPM you purchased is larger than 15" and is paired with TPC products from the TPC- B200/B300/B500 series, the default positioning pillars of FPM do not need to be changed. However, if you are switching from the TPC-B600 series to another series, you need to confirm whether the positioning pillar positions match those marked in red boxes as shown in Picture 1.4.

Panel Mount Installation Before installing the TPC panel computer into the panel opening, ensure that the adhesive waterproof gasket on the front bezel is correctly positioned. Ensuring adequate air circulation with a required clearance on all sides. Refer to the diagram for the minimum clearance (100mm), air inlet and outlet directions (blue arrows), and a suggested mounting panel thickness of less than 6mm (0.236"). - Page 14 Take out the panel mounting kits from the accessory box and attach them to the fixed holes around the chassis. Tighten the screw of each fastening button into position to clamp and secure the panel. Insert the screws into each bracket and tighten them to secure the brackets in place.

Please click the OK button and perform device driver uninstallation before proceeding. 1. Download resistive driver from Advantech Website, please search for your FPM- DXXT-RE model name. 2. Resistive Touch Calibration For resistive touch screens, the most important feature that the PenMount Control Panel provides is calibration. This feature is disabled for projected capacitive touch screens, since they usually do not need calibration. 1. Click on “Taskbar”, and then select PenMount Control Panel as shown: 2. - Page 20 4. The Standard calibration function uses four points for calibration and one point for confirmation. Under normal circumstances, standard calibration is all you need to perform an accurate calibration. 5. For better calibration results, please use a stylus and press on the red dot until the program prompts “Lift off to proceed”.
