For those products which are not DOA, the return fee to an authorized ADVANTECH repair facility will be at the customers' expense. The shipping fee for reconstructive products from ADVANTECH back to customers' sites will be at ADVANTECH's expense.

ADVANTECH reserves the right to return unrepaired items at the customer's cost if inappropriately packed. "Door-to-Door" transportation such as speed-post is recommended for delivery; oth- erwise, the sender should bear additional charges such as clearance fees if Air- Cargo is utilized.
