Displays btadmin online help.
Displays the current version of Microsoft's IIS if it is bound
to the ClusterCATS Server.
Removes the ClusterCATS Web server filter and all virtual

Starts all ClusterCATS services.
Reconfigures all ClusterCATS services to Manual start
mode.
