2 Click Select to identify the diagnostics log file you want to download, and
click Download (or double-click the diagnostics log file name link).
The File Download dialog is displayed.
If accessing the DR4000 system GUI from a Linux-based system:

Click Save File and navigate to a different folder location, define a
new file name (or retain the existing file name).
Click Save to save this file at the specified folder location.
If accessing the DR4000 system GUI from a Windows-based system:

Click Save File.
Navigate to the Downloads folder and retrieve this file.

Generating a Diagnostics Log File

To generate a diagnostics log file bundle for your system:
1 Select SupportDiagnostics in the navigation panel.
The Diagnostics page is displayed, and this page lists all existing
diagnostics log files.
2 Click Generate.
A New log file is scheduled dialog is displayed.
3 To verify that a new diagnostics log file is being generated, check the status
of the diagnostics log file in the SupportDiagnostics.
The Diagnostics page is displayed, and a status showing "In-progress"
indicates that the diagnostics log file is being generated.
When completed, the latest diagnostics log file is displayed at the top of
the File Name column in the summary table. You can verify using the
timestamp (with its date and time) that this is the new diagnostics file you
generated.
NOTE:
When you generate a diagnostics log file bundle, it contains all of the
DR4000 system information that may be needed when contacting Dell Support for
technical assistance. The diagnostics log file bundle collects the same type of
hardware, storage, and operating system information that is collected by the Dell
System E-Support Tool (DSET) from the Dell DR4000 system hardware using the
DR4000 system CLI commands (diagnostics --collect --dset). This information can
be used by Dell Support to troubleshoot or evaluate your DR4000 system.
