What is the problem? Check the following
possibilities before contacting the service
center for repair.
Cause
Connect the power plug correctly
Clean the hook
Remove thread waste or dust
Install the needle correctly
Firmly tighten the screw
Use a needle appropriate to the
fabric
Adjust the thread tension
Do not pull the fabric strongly
Put the bobbin case in the correct
position
Thread the upper and lower thread
correctly
Remove thread waste from the
feed dog and hook
Adjust the thread tension
Replace with a good needle
Use an appropriate needle, thread
and fabric combination
Thread the lower thread correctly
Remove thread waste from the
feed dog and hook
Raise the feed dog
Adjust the stitch length dial
Adjust the stitch length dial to an
appropriate setting
