3. Connect an Ethernet cable

Connect an Ethernet cable to the network

cable connector located on DCS-1000W's rear

panel and attach it to the network.

4. Attach the external power supply

Attach the external power supply to the DC

power input connector located on DCS-

1000W's rear panel and is labeled DC 5V

and connect it to your local power supply.

Note:

Confirm power source is supplied from the

LED indicators la bel Power on DCS-1000W

is illuminated.

Connecting the DCS-1000W to the Camera Stand

DCS-1000W comes with a camera stand

with a swivel ball screw head that can be

attached to DCS-1000W's bottom bracket

cavity. Attach the camera stand to DCS-

1000W and station it for your application.

There are three holes located in the base

of the camera stand allowing the DCS-

1000W to be mounted on the ceiling or

any wall securely.
