1. What can I do if the KVM Switch doesn't work?
Check if the"Power"bu on's backlight LED indicator lights blue. If not, try pressing it to turn on the KVM switch. If the
indicator is still not lighted, try connecting the power adapter again.
Check the two LED indicators besides the switch bu on. If you have connected two sources to the KVM switch, ensure the
sources are powered on and working properly. If you have only connected one source, e.g. HDMI in 1A & 1B, ensure the corre-
sponding LED indicator (e.g. indicator 1) besides the switch bu on is lighted.
Check all the connection cables to ensure they are correctly connected and all they are working well.
Check if you have used an HDMI-to-DP cable. If yes, please ensure you have used a conversion cable of a well-known brand.
If you need to output 8K@60Hz, try using DP 2.0 cables (needed to be purchased separately).
Try rebooting the KVM switch.
2. What should I do if the USB devices could not work properly?
Check if the KVM switch and your PC/laptop are properly connected via the included USB cables. Also, check if the KVM switch
and the USB devices are properly connected. If the problem still persists, try connecting another USB port on your PC/laptop,
or try using new USB devices to see if it's a USB device compatibility issue.
3. What should I do if my ultra wide monitor is not compatible with the KVM switch?
Try connecting your PCs directly to the ultra wide monitor without using the KVM switch, to check if they are both working
properly.
While connecting a ultra wide monitor to our KVM switch, it is recommended to use all the DP cables we provided in the
package.
4. What should I do if there is a missing part in the package ?
Check your package according to the "packing list"image in the listing , and figure out which one is missing.
Contact the AV Access customer support and ask for a solution.
