    Introduction Overview 4KSW21-DM is a 2x1 HDMI KVM Switcher with dual-channel switching and hotkey switching. It supports HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 compatibility, and supports resolutions up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 8bit and can also transmit USB 3.0 signal up to 5Gbps for KVM function.

    Introduction Panel Front Panel Name Description Power Switch Press to power on/off the device. KVM: Set the device to “KVM” mode (default). USB: Set the device to “USB” mode.     Control of the Switcher Control of the Switcher You can choose to switch input sources at your convenience through front panel button or Hotkey function. Front Panel Control Users can choose to use front panel button to do basic switching operations. Connect the switcher as required and power on all the attached devices.

    Trouble Shooting Trouble Shooting Steps of Regular Troubleshooting Routine Power: Please make sure all devices are powered on. (source, switcher, display devices). Devices: Please make sure picture can be shown normally when connecting source to display devices directly. Cable: Plug in and out HDMI/USB cable or try another HDMI/USB cable. Compatibility: Please test other source and display devices to determine whether it is a compatibility issue.
