Double Face Shelving

Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.

1. Set one end panel on flat soft
protective surface with the peg
holes face up (Figure 1).
2. Position the double top assembly,
routed side down on the end
panel. Align the pre-drilled holes
with the inserts. Fasten using
/
x 2" hex head bolts with
5
16
locking and flat washers
(Figure 1). Note: For shelving
units 72" and higher, the top shelf
assembly should be flipped so
that the cleat side faces up.
3. Position the two base assemblies
by aligning the holes so that the
bottoms of the base assembly
facings are flush with the bottom
of the end panel. Fasten with
/
x 2" hex head bolts with

16
locking and flat washers
(Figure 2).
4. For optional partition panel, slide
the partition panel between the
base assemblies and into the
center groove of the end panel
and top assembly. Insert #8 x
/

screws into the groove directly
below the partition panel to keep
the panel in place and raised off
the floor (Figure 3 & Detail A).
