Assemble in location for intended use. REQUIRED TOOLS: Ltr. Qty. Hardware Included Phillips Screwdriver Allen Wrench (included) Wood Plugs -Two person assembly suggested. Shelf Supports Remove all parts, hardware and protective packaging from carton and carefully arrange on a clean, Wall Anchoring level, padded surface. - Page 3 Assemble in location for intended use. STEP 1: First, place Narrow Shelf (D) into wood frame located in center of Cabinet (F). Next, determine location for each Shelf (E) then insert Shelf Supports (B) into corresponding pre-drilled holes. Gently place each Shelf level upon Suppports. LEVELERS: Cabinet is equipped with Rotary Levelers installed under each corner which are accessible from INSIDE.

Item needed Halogen JCD G8 120V 25W Replacement Bulb (A) NOT INCLUDED Fixture Body Lens Cover Insert new Bulb into Fixture Body Socket using a tissue or soft cloth (oil from skin may damage bulb). Replace Lens Cover by twisting it clockwise back into place.
