Fire Pit Maintenance/Trouble Shooting Optional Accessories Congratulations! You have just purchased a Firegear Outdoors “Pro Series” H-Burner. The Brass Burners are 24” and 40” long models. Each model is 6¾” wide and incorporates individual injectors that eliminates the need for a main burner orifice. The 24” model incorporates 20 injectors the 40” incorporates 32 injectors. -

An injector/jet limits the amount of gas flow to the burner to ensure the flame is a safe and reasonable height to not pose a risk to people or property. Note: The Firegear Pro Series brass burners DO NOT USE a primary main burner orifice like a standard stainless steel burner. - Page 6 7. These products are designed for outdoor use only. PREPARING BURNERPAN FOR INSTALLATION Non-Combustible Fire Pit Enclousure Fire Pit Pan 3” Nipple U3-8D-S Key Valve Gas Supply Note: A 1¼” x 2” black iron or galvanized coupler/nipple (not supplied) can be used as a spacer between the manual valve and the valve flange to add additional support to hold the manual key valve in place. - Page 10 PREPARING BURNER PAN FOR INSTALLATION INSTALLATION OF LAVA ROCK/MEDIA INTO BURNER PAN Install lava rock/media into the burner pan. Ensure the media is a minimum of 1-inch diameter for proper operation. Note: Do not pour Lava Rock directly from bag. Media should be placed naturally and NOT packed in tight. Ensure media does not block the tips/ends of injectors.
