QCurrent Test Result Quiescent is defined as a state or period of inactivity or dormancy. Quiescent current is the current drawn by a system in standby mode with light or no load.
T3RapidWave4000 Operator’s Manual Measurements Advanced Signal Integrity Modules Advanced testing of the cable with T3RW4K-U, T3RW4K-T, T3RW4K-A01, and T3RW4K-A04. To be able to synchronize the signal received through T3RW4K-A01 or T3RW4K-A04 with the one generated and transmitted from T3RW4K-U, T3RW4K-T should be inserted in the slots next to T3RW4K-U in a clockwise order.
T3RapidWave4000 Operator’s Manual This test is based on injecting a known and controlled waveform on one side of the cable and then sampling the output on the far side of the cable. Eye masks are required in order to generate a Success or Fail result. Eye Masks can include margins to compensate loss along the cable.

T3RapidWave4000 Operator’s Manual In this process, a signal transmitted on one channel of a transmission system creates an undesired effect in another channel. Crosstalk is usually caused by undesired capacitive, inductive, or conductive coupling from one circuit or channel to another. Set Up: Insert the production module (T3RW4K-U) and an advanced module (T3RW4K-T) in the chassis.
T3RapidWave4000 Operator’s Manual Impedance Profile It is the sum of all the resistance and reactance components of an electrical signal path. An ideal transmission line must have a characteristic impedance that matches both the transmitter and receiver of the intended signal. TDR feeds a pulse onto the PCB trace/transmission line.
T3RapidWave4000 Operator’s Manual Inter Pair Skew Inter-pair skew is used to describe the difference between the lengths of a differential pair from another differential pair of the same group. Set Up: Insert the advanced module T3RW4K-T in the chassis. Connect any channel on the advanced adapter (T3RW4K-A01/T3RW4K-A04) to the inserted advanced module T3RW4K-T.
