● When using 2 booster regulators for 2-stage pressure boost, be sure to provide
a stable supply of pressure to the downstream booster regulator, and install
a pressure vessel such as an air tank, etc., between the booster regulators.

1. Transporting
● When transporting this product, hold it lengthwise with both hands.
2. Mounting
● Since the booster regulator vibrates due to the reciprocation of the internal
piston, mount 4 bolts onto the mounting holes and tighten them completely.

● If vibration of the booster regulator may cause problems, take countermeasures
in your application to prevent vibration.
● Ensure there is enough space for maintenance.
● When you connect the product with an air tank VBAT, refer to the operation
manual for the air tank and then install the product by using the corresponding
option. (When installing the VBAE20 on a tank, be sure to use the bolt whose
option symbol is "B" to install the product on the tank.)
● Mount the out side pressure gauge with a torque of 7 to 9 N·m.
● When using a regulator, a modular adapter, a spacer, a pressure gauge,
and an auto switch, refer to the catalog and operation manual for each product.
● When you count the operating cycles by means of an auto switch, install it on
the rail on the cylinder tube that is located at the center of the booster
regulator so that the auto switch responds at the central position.
