- Page 8 Make sure the steering wheel adjustment is fully UP and IN to allow maximum clearance for the driver seat. When installing the LINK with hand controls, hand controls should be installed after the LINK. 1. Remove the driver side OEM seat and place it on a workbench or table. Remove all the plastic trims on both sides of the seat.

- Page 10 4. Remove the wire cushion support and the front main cushion support from the seat base. Also remove the fan and the control box from the front main cushion support. 5. - Page 11 ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION. (Found at the end of this manual) 7. Remove the LINK from the shipping box and set it on a table or workbench. Connect auxiliary 12V power to the LINK. The LINK will ‘beep’ during the installation. (See LINK Audible Warnings chart for further references.)
- Page 12 9. Remove the rocker panel trims. Unbolt the seat belt from the B pillar and remove the lower B pillar trim. Use the provided stencils to cut out the trim to allow clearance for the LINK. Install the "B" Pillar Trim – Left # LK-TUN22LB-10 onto the OEM trim using the provided plastic clips.
- Page 13 10. Install the provided doorstop spacer Part # SL-UNI-08, use the M8-1.25X25mm bolt and washer in place of the OEM bolt. This will enable the door to open wider. 11. - Page 14 12. Place the LINK in the vehicle on the floor adapter. Use the four (4) 3/8’’-16 x 1¼’’ socket cap bolts to secure the LINK by the pivot and use the four (4) 3/8’’-16 x 7/8’’ to secure the interior of the LINK.
- Page 15 15. Install the OEM front main cushion support onto the LINK seat adapter using four (4) self-tapping screws. 16. Extend the OEM wiring harness with the provided connectors and 18-gauge multi strand extension. The seat belt receiver harness must be extended between the receiver and the seat position sensor # LK-TUN22L-AB.
- Page 16 17. Reinstall the extended wire harness onto the LINK. The extension must comes out on the back, left hand side of the seat, under the seat adaptor frame. Use zip-ties to secure the control box underneath the cushion front main support. Attach all the wires to the left hand side of the seat adaptor.

Run the seat belt cable under the seat adaptor to the left hand side of the seat and secure it with two (2) zip ties using the holes in the adaptor. 20. - Page 18 Cut the fabric cover of the seat back on the left and right-hand sides. With use of a pic, do two (2) small holes in the fabric cover and insert two (2) long zip ties. (See picture below.) Install the seat back onto the LINK using the OEM bolts. LINK Toyota Tundra 2022 &...
- Page 19 Make sur the seat back fabric cover is firmly attached and not interfering with the LINK mechanism. Run the pendant cable to the left-hand side of the seat and attach it to the seat adaptor. Leave enough wire to allow the seat to tilt up.
- Page 20 25. Modify the left-hand seat shroud to allow clearance for the pivot of the LINK. (See pictures below) Install the all the shrouds. Use the provided black self taping screw to secure the shrouds. Install nylon spacer # LK-TUN22-08 on the back screw. Install two (2) zip ties as shown in pictures below.
- Page 21 27.Attach the extended wiring temporarily at the back of the seat. Bring the LINK out to verify if you have enough wire to follow the LINK in and out. Attach the wire at the back of the seat and at the lower corner of the LINK.
- Page 22 IMPORTANT NOTE: It is vital that the LINK be exactly at the ‘HOME’ position before moving on to the next step. If the LINK is slightly off its ‘HOME’ position, the starting point of its movements, there is a strong chance that the LINK will not fit through the doorway properly and/or will cause problems for the preset of the LINK.
