- Page 8 1. Remove the center driver side OEM seat and place on a workbench. Remove and keep the OEM seat bolts to install the LINK floor adapters. To do this, fold the stow and go seats into their folded position. 2. The stow and go seat section cover will have to be removed to be able to remove the seat. To do this the plastic door sill trims will have to be removed on both sides to gain access to the bolts that hold the cover.
- Page 9 4. Unbolt all the bolts around the cover and also remove the plastic seat rail trims. 5. Disconnect the two cable connectors for the right and left hand side stow and go cover mechanism. LINK CHRYSLER PACIFICA 2017 & UP CENTER LEFT. p. 4...
- Page 10 Bring the seat out of its stored position to gain access to the lower retaining bolts, remove the bolts and then remove the seat. Retain the OEM bolts to install the LINK lower floor adapter.
- Page 11 10. Run the power from the battery to the LINK. To do this, thread the red power cable (+) under the doorstep moulding and through the firewall. Make sure you pass through a grommet in the firewall to prevent the cable from chaffing.
- Page 12 11. Reinstall all the plastic trims except the small one on the driver side doorsill. This trim will have to be modified with the provided stencil. A hole will be cut in it to allow the installation of the pivot support bracket. LINK CHRYSLER PACIFICA 2017 & UP CENTER LEFT. p. 7...
- Page 13 12. Install the upper LINK floor adapter # LK-CHR17CL-02 using the six 7/16-14x1’’ inch bolts and washers, and then install the floor adapter covers. LINK CHRYSLER PACIFICA 2017 & UP CENTER LEFT. p. 8...
- Page 14 13. Remove the LINK from the shipping box and set it on a table or workbench. Connect auxiliary 12V power to the LINK. The LINK will ‘beep’ during the installation. (See LINK Audible Warnings chart for further references.) 14. Next, connect the LINK to the Android tablet via Bluetooth. Connect the Bluetooth module (small, blue and white, 4 pronged connector) to the LINK pendant plug.
- Page 15 15. Place the LINK in the vehicle on the floor adapters. Use the four longer (3/8’’-16 x 1¼’’) socket cap bolts to secure the LINK by the pivot, and use the four shorter (3/8’’-16 x 7/8’’) bolts to secure the interior of the LINK.
- Page 16 17. Connect the LINK to the previously installed 12V power supply. Using the ‘BYPASS’ mode on the tablet, carefully use ‘PIVOT’ ‘TRAVEL’ and ’TILT’ to move the LINK out of the vehicle. 18. The folding metal frame of the seat will have to be removed from the seat. To do this start by removing the elastic straps.

- Page 19 22. Unclip the plastic seat trim and seat cushion clips to gain access to the folding seat base bolts. Remove the four bolts and remove the seat base. NOTE: Keep the OEM bolts for reinstallation of the seat to the LINK seat adapter. 23. Attach the lose cables and wires with zip ties.
- Page 20 25. If the second row seat has the heating option the wiring will have to be extended 80 inches with the provided multi brand wiring. Run the extension out of the back of the seat and under the LINK. Leave a loop with enough lose to enable the seat to travel out completely.

- Page 22 30. Now that the LINK is in its ‘HOME’ position, RESET the unit by pressing ‘CONFIRM RESET’. A screen will pop up to ask: ‘ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO RESET?’. Press ‘ACCEPT’. The LINK will emit two (2) audible beeps to confirm ‘RESET’, and will now be in reduced power mode. In pendant mode, run one full cycle to exit reduced power mode.
- Page 23 Bluetooth module and plug in the hand pendant. Make sure the LINK hand pendant is working properly. Cycle the LINK in and out a few times, both with and without a passenger to make sure all shrouds are properly installed and that nothing is rubbing or requires adjustment. Make a visual inspection while the LINK is in motion that all the wiring follows the seat and does not risk being severed at any time.

Normal All systems functional and ready to go. To exit, simply run the LINK a full cycle.
