FOLDING AND UNFOLDING THE WHEELCHAIR

NOTICE
Notice to the user and/or patient: any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the device must be reported to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member State where the user and/or patient is established.
This Mobiclinic transit wheelchair is designed for occasional use by a single occupant weighing up to 100 kg and can be used indoors and outdoors. The transit wheelchair can be manually moved forwards and backwards.

1. Remove the chair from the bag and lift the backrest.
   
2. Hold the aluminium bar between the rear wheels with your foot and at the same time pull the seat strap until you hear a "click" to fix the ends.
   
3. Engage the safety levers on both sides.
   
4. Lower the armrests on both sides.
   
5. Unfold the aluminium footrest, and the chair will be completely unfolded.
   

NOTE!: To fold the chair, do the same process in reverse, always making sure that the side folds are facing downwards.

IMPORTANT ASPECTS TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT

The user or caregiver should check the safety of the wheelchair at regular intervals.

1. Check the handles and non-slip rubber pads and make sure they are rm and secure.
2. For correct adjustment, check the wheel locks and make sure that the large wheels are locked when they are activated.
3. Check that all bolts, nuts and joints are securely in place.
4. If other conditions affecting safety are present, discontinue use of the wheelchair.
5. Do not stand on the footrests when getting out of the chair.
6. Keep the wheelchair away from re.
7. Remember to activate the wheelchair lock before getting into or out of the wheelchair.
8. Do not lean forward in the wheelchair unless both feet are at on the floor. This is especially important for users with a cast.

ACTIVATION AND DEACTIVATION OF THE BRAKING SYSTEM

1. To brake the wheelchair momentarily, press the brake upwards slightly. To move forward, release the brake.
   
2. To activate the locking system, press the brake downwards. To unlock it, raise the brakes upwards and you can continue to move forward.
   

INDICATIONS

The wheelchair is used as a mobility tool for the disabled, patients and the elderly who have difficulties in action.
Beginners must be accompanied by a partner to avoid accidents due to improper handling.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

To clean the product, use a slightly damp cloth, never wet, and be sure to dry it afterwards with another clean, dry cloth.
Do not use solvents, bleaches, synthetic detergents, wax polishes, aerosols or other abrasives that may damage your product.
