ENGLISH: This wheelchair
occasional or frequent use, and can be used indoors
and outdoors by a single occupant of up to 100kg.
The wheelchair can be manually moved in forward
and reverse. All Mobiclinic
manufactured to the highest quality and are CE
compliant.
Folding and unfolding the wheelchair: To fold,
simply lift up under the center edge of the seat
upholstery. To unfold, tilt the chair slightly to one side
to raise the wheels on the opposite side off the floor.
Then press down on one or both seat rails. Before
folding ensure that the footrest are either locked into
position and the plastic footrests flipped up or remove
them completely.

Reposapiés
Applying the wheel locks: Push forward on the lock
tips, (or pull back on the pull to lock type), until the
locks snap into the locked position. Do not attempt to
enter or exit the wheelchair without having the locks
securely engaged. Always activate both brakes
simultaneously.
Footrest length adjustment: The position of the
footplate on either standard footrests or elevating
legrests is adjustable to fit the user's leg length. The
footplate should be adjusted to support the weight of
the user's foot and lower leg in such a position that
permits weight bearing by the thighs. A footrest
adjustment that is too long will result in a line of
pressure under the thigh, at the front edge of the seat
upholstery. An adjustment that is too short will raise
the user's knees and cause excessive weight to be
born by the buttocks. Either situation increases the
risk of pressure sores. The knees and hips of the
user should be at approximately the same level. The
lowest edge of the footplate must be at least 7 cm
above the floor to provide safe clearance when
negotiating ramps or inclines. This adjustment
(Maestranza, Giralda, Catedral) is made by loosening
the adjustment bolt with a wrench, and telescoping
the footplate in or out to achieve the desired position,
then re-tightening the bolt securely.

Plegar y desplegar la silla de ruedas: Para plegar

inclínela ligeramente hacia un lado para levantar las
ruedas al lado contrario del suelo. Después haga
presión hacia abajo sobre uno o los dos carriles del
asiento. Antes
completamente los reposapiés o asegúrese de que
están fijos y en posición vertical.

Bloquear las ruedas: Empuje hacia adelante los
bloqueadores de ruedas hasta que encajen en la
posición de
levantarse sin haber activado los frenos. Activar
siempre ambos frenos simultáneamente.
Ajustar la longitud de los reposapiés: La posición
de los reposapiés (estándar —plana— o elevada) se
puede ajustar para adaptarse a la longitud de las
piernas del usuario. El reposapiés se debe ajustar
para soportar el peso de los pies y la parte inferior de
las piernas del usuario en una posición que permita
soportar el peso de los muslos. Si el ajuste de los
reposapiés es demasiado largo, los muslos se verán
presionados por debajo, en la parte delantera de la
tapicería del asiento. Si el ajuste de los reposapiés
es demasiado corto, las rodillas del usuario subirán y
los glúteos tendrán que soportar un peso excesivo.
Ambas situaciones provocan un aumento del riesgo
de úlceras por presión. Las rodillas y caderas del
usuario deben estar aproximadamente al mismo
nivel. El borde inferior del reposapiés debe estar al
menos 7 cm. sobre el suelo para dejar una distancia
suficiente al pasar por rampas o pendientes. Para
ello (Maestranza, Giralda, Catedral), afloje el tornillo
de ajuste con una llave inglesa y pliegue los
reposapiés hacia dentro o fuera para conseguir la
posición deseada. Después apriete el tornillo con
precaución.
