Slotting preferences
Slot 1 (the top slot) because 2-3 do
not get a PCI reset during a warm
reboot.
Slots 7-8 because 7-8 are 64 bit
slots and 1-6 are 32 bit slots.
Slots 7-10 because 7-10 are 64 bit
slots, 1-6 are 32 bit slots, and 1-2
are typically used for the NIC and
RMC.
Slots 3-10 because 1-2 are
