6. Set the desired dimension.
7. Clamp the angular stop (7) by tightening the paral-
lel stop clamping handle (7a).
8. Loosen the locking screw (7d) and set the desired
angle.
9. Retighten the locking screw (7d).
To be able to use the angle stop (7), the transport lock
(8) must be released. Make the cut using the sliding
table (4).
11.5 Switching on the product (Fig. 10, 11)
1. Make sure that the diamond cutting disc (C) moves
easily.
2. Unwind the cable from the cable holder (18) and
connect the mains plug to a suitable earthed sock-
et.
3. Press the on switch (10) and wait until the diamond
cutting disc (C) has reached its maximum speed.
11.6 Switching off the product (Fig. 11)
1. Press the off switch (9) and wait until the diamond
cutting disc (C) has come to a complete stop.
11.7 Draining water (Fig. 7)
1. Underpin the product with wooden blocks or sim-
ilar.
2. Place a suitable vessel with at least 2 litres capac-
ity under the drain.
3. Pull out the plug (16).
4. Replace the plug (16) as soon as the water has
drained completely.
11.8 Overload switch (fig. 11)
The motor is equipped with an overload switch (10a).
If the tile cutter is overloaded, the overload switch
switches off automatically to protect the machine from
overheating. If the overload switch has tripped, wait 30
seconds for the appliance to cool down. Now press the
overload switch (10a) and switch the machine on again.
12. Cleaning
m Danger!
Only carry out maintenance, cleaning and adjustment
work when the mains plug is pulled out.
• Keep protective devices, air vents and the motor
housing as free of dust and dirt as possible. Rub the
product clean with a clean cloth or blow it off with
compressed air at low pressure.
• We recommend that you clean the product directly
after every use.
• Clean the product at regular intervals using a damp
cloth and a little soft soap. Do not use any cleaning
products or solvents; they could attack the plastic
parts of the product. Make sure that no water can
penetrate the interior of the product. Water pen-
etrating an electric device increases the risk of an
electric shock.
• Drain the water and clean the water tank with clear
water.
• Remove dust and other dirt from the guides of the
sliding table (4).
13. Storage
Store the product and its accessories in a dark, dry and
frost-free place that is inaccessible to children. The op-
timum storage temperature lies between 5 and 30 ˚C.
Store the product in its original packaging. Cover the
product to protect it from dust or moisture. Store the
operating manual with the power tool.
14. Maintenance
m Danger!
Only carry out maintenance, cleaning and adjustment
work when the mains plug is pulled out.
The product has no internal parts that require mainte-
nance.

ing parts are subject to natural or usage-related wear,
or that the following parts are required as consuma-
bles.
