COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS

DISTANCE & CALORIE
WINDOW
PROGRAM BUTTON: To
select out of 9 programs
START BUTTON: To start the
exercise

WINDOW DISPLAY:

1. TIME
Displays running time, counts from the 0:00 to 99.59. When the time is up to 99:59, the treadmill will slow
down and show "END". The machine will then start the stand by mode. If you set a target time, the time will
count down to 0:00. After this, the machine will stop slowly and show "END".
2. DIST / CAL
Shows the training person calorie consumption and distance (data shifts every 5 seconds). In the distance
mode, the computer counts from 0 to 99.9 km. In the calorie mode, the computer counts from 0 to 999 kcal. If
you set a target distance or target calorie consumption, the distance or calories will count down to 0:00.
3. SPEED / PULSE
Shows the running speed in a range from 0.8km/h to 12km/h and the heart rate in beats per minute (data shifts every
5 seconds). To display the heart rate, please grab the hand pulse plates for at least 5 seconds.
BUTTON FUNCTIONS:
1. PROGRAM
While the treadmill is not in motion, this button is used to select the individual program (9 programs in total)
2. MODE
While the treadmill is not in motion, this button is used to select the individual target mode. H1 = time counter
down to zero, H2 = distance counter down to zero, H3 = calorie counter down to zero. After selecting the
individual mode, please press the speed up (+) or speed down button (-) to adjust the data. After this, please
press START / STOP to run the program
