Using the Tablet for the first time
Connect power supply for the first time and make sure battery is fully charged before
disconnecting. We recommend a charging dock or docking station to charge the tablet.
If you use a USB-C wall charger, please ensure it has at least 18W and follows USB-C
standard. To turn the tablet on, press and hold the Side key.
Safety precautions
These Quick Start Guide contain information and safety regulations which are
to be observed. Non-observance of this information and these instructions can have
serious consequences and may violate regulations. Please read these safety instructions
carefully before using the device for the first time! In the event of conflicting information
the details specified in the Ex-safety manual shall take precedence. In case of any doubt
(in the form of translation or printing errors) the English text shall be applied.
Damaged Devices shall be remove from operation and send to an authorized repare

center for inspection.
If the glass breaks, do not touch the glass parts of the device or attempt to remove
■
the broken glass from the device. Stop using the device until the glass is replaced by
qualified service personnel.
Operate your device in a place where temperature is between -20°C and +55°C.
■
Operation between -20°C to -10°C will result in limited performance.
■
Wired USB connections and SIM/SD-Card replacement is only allowed in ordinary
■
(non-hazardous) locations.
The device may only be charged in a temperature range of -5°C to 55 °C.
■
Charging and wired data-transfer via the USB-C interface is limited to a maximum
■
Um of 16V.
It must be ensured that the power plug/supply used for charging is a non-shock haz-
■
ard extra low voltage equipment e.g. SELV, PELV or ES1 as per IEC 62368-1 (former
IEC 60950-1) or equivalent.
Intrinsically safe accessory certified for use in hazardous locations must match with
■
the entity parameter of the USB interface.
Equipment for use in locations where it is unlikely that children will be present.
