ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Thread Casters (L) onto the Long and Short Feet (E,F). Fully tighten the Casters (L) using the Wrench (T-C). To lock, press down the lever on each Caster. STEP 2 Separate Foot Connector (H) into Cover (H1) and Connector (H2).

STEP 3 Attach Long and Short Feet (E,F) to Connector (H2) using M6x60mm Screws (S-B), Foot Brackets (O), and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B) making sure Short Feet (F) are on the back which has a wider gap between connection points. STEP 4 Thread Pole Connector (M) into Lower Pole (C). Note: If you feel resistance, back the connector out and restart. Once you are certain the connector is going in straight, use additional force to tighten. Warning: Pole Connector threads are very sharp. When connecting, grip the Pole Connector with a cloth or towel to achieve sufficient force when threading into the poles.

STEP 4 - Cont’d Slide Cover (H1) down Lower Pole (C) and onto Connector (H2). Secure using M6x10mm Screws (S-A) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). STEP 5 Attach Shelf Bracket (J) to Lower Pole (C) at desired height using the M6x10mm Screws (S-A) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

STEP 5 - Cont’d Attach the Shelf Supports (I) to the Shelf Bracket (J) using the M6x10mm Screws (S-A). Partially tighten the screws using the 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Do not fully tighten the screws. STEP 6 Place the Shelf (A) over the Shelf Supports (I) where the studs on the bottom of the shelf feed through the holes on the bracket.

STEP 7 Connect the Pole Cover (N) pieces together and press it onto the top of the Upper Pole (B), which does not have any internal threading. Thread the Upper Pole (B) onto the Lower Pole (C).

STEP 8 Hold Pole Bracket Pad (P) onto Pole Bracket (K) and slide onto Upper Pole (B) at desired height. Secure the Pole Bracket Set Screw on the Pole Bracket (K) using 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Set Screw Please Note: Pole Bracket Set Screw should face the back of the stand before fully tightening.

STEP 9 Attach TV Plate (D) onto Pole Bracket (K) using M6x10mm Screws (S-A), M6 Washers (S-C), and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

STEP 10 Secure VESA Bracket Set (G) to TV using Screws (M-A through M-G), Washers (M-H through M-J), Spacers (M-K through M-M), and a Phillips screwdriver. M-A through M-G M-H through M-J M-K through M-M Loosen the Security Screws to allow for easier mounting when securing the TV with Brackets to the assembled cart.
STEP 11 With the help of another individual, attach TV to TV Plate (D) and secure by tightening Security Screws on VESA Bracket Set (G) using a Phillips screwdriver. STEP 12 Loosen the Adjustment Knobs on the side of the VESA Brackets (G) and adjust the tilt angle as desired.

STEP 13 Insert Rubber Ring (Q) into Lower Pole (C). Manage cables as needed through the top, side, and bottom of the pole assembly.
