Assembly Instructions Pre-Assembly Using a razor knife (Box Cutter), cut the banding straps that wrap around the carton. Reach under the bottom edge of the carton and pull it away from the cardboard underneath, separating the staples that join the two together. Lift the box over the unit and unpack. Carefully remove all parts from carton and inspect for any damage or missing parts.

STEP 2: 1. Thread FRONT POST (4) into PVC RING FRONT POST (42) AND COVER FOR FRONT POST (38), connect UPPER COMPUTER WIRE (33) with LOWER COMPUTER WIRE (34) Insert the FRONT POST (4) into the MAIN FRAME (1) & tighten with 4 WASHERS (35) and 1 CURVED WASHER (16) AND 5 SPRING WASHERS (37) AND 5 ALLEN SCREWS (18).
STEP 3: 1. Attach the HANDLEBAR (5) to the CLAMP (43) on the FRONT POST (4) & tighten using KNOB FOR HANDLEBAR (21) 2. Thread the 2 HAND PULSE WIRES (20) into the GROMMET (32) & pull out from top of FRONT POST (4).

STEP 4: 1. Connect HAND PULSE WIRE (20) and UPPER COMPUTER WIRE (33) with COMPUTER (6) accordingly. 2. Screw off 4 SCREWS (27) from the back of COMPUTER (6), install the COMPUTER (6) onto the front post and tighten using 4 SCREWS (27). 3.

STEP 5: 1. Through the SEAT POST (7) into the SEAT BUSHING (17), insert the SEAT POST (7) into the main frame. Line up the holes and secure SEAT POST (7) in position with QUICK RELEASE KNOB (11).Attach the SEAT (8) onto the SEAT POST (7) and tighten using 1 CONICAL NUT (14) and 1 BIG WASHER (45) and 1 BUSHING (19) and 1 KNOB FOR SLIDING SEAT (36).

STEP 6: 1. Install the PEDALS (9, 10) onto the crank arms. Remember that the LEFT PEDAL has a reverse thread and will be screwed into the crank in the OPPOSITE ROTATION from normal threads. There is an “L” stamped into the end of the threaded post of the left pedal and an “R”in the right. Make sure to tighten the pedals as much as you possibly can.
