Fasten Ø50 extraction hose onto the extraction hood and
extraction port. Fig. „N2"
Bare the end of the spiral wire of the extraction hose and
connect the screw terminal.
Then fasten earthing wire with Ø15 washer. Fig. „N2"
Longitudinal fence Fig."F"
Bolt together the stop tube, intermediate plate and guide
slide. To do this, insert the two threaded bolts into the
guide slide.

Fig."J"
• Slot the threaded sections into the guide tube and bolt
to the two supports
3 cheese-head screws
3 washers
• Lightly tighten the cheese-head screws M 8 x 16.
• Adjust the guide tube to be parallel to the bench top -
checking dimensions = 55 mm
• The guide tube must end exactly flush with the left-
hand edge of the bench top
• Tighten cheese-head screws M 8 x 16, M 8 x 20.
• Pull up (open) the eccentric lever on the guide slide
and fit the guide slide onto the guide tube trom above.
Adjusting the longitudinal fence Fig."K"
To accurately adjust the longitudinal fence to the saw
blade, loosen the tour cheese-head screws (1) and
clamp the guide slide in a position about 100 mm from
the saw blade. Place a straightedge, about 600 mm
long, against the saw blade and adjust the fence until it
is parallel, by repeatedly measuring (X) and readjusting.
Tighten the cheesehead screws (1) once more.
Important!
For cutting widths under 120 mm, always use a push
stick.
Stop rail
Position 1 = for working on raised surfaces.
The cutting width indicated on the scale matches the ac-
tual cutting width.
Position 2 = for working on low surfaces.

The actual cutting width differs fram the scale reading by
minus 32 mm.
Example: Actual cutting width 68 mm Scale reads
100 mm
Attaching the push stick Fig."K1"
Mount 2 holding clamps on the longitudinal fence.
1 flat raund screw
Insert the push stick into the holding clamps.
Adjusting the reading glass Fig."L"
Position the stop fence against the saw blade and tighten
the eccentric lever. Loosen the screws on the reading
glass and set the division mark exactly over the zero
mark on the scale. Tighten the screws.

Mounting of precision adjustment (special accesso-
ries) Fig. „L1"
Precision adjustment is carried out by means of the ad-
justment spindie (3) with the cam lever locked (1) and
cam lever unlocked (2).

mounted in the following order before the bench ex-
tension.
1. Bench extension - broadening
M 8 x 20 each
2. Bench extension bracket (basic equipement)
ø 8 each
3. Saw blade protection - suction attachment
4. Bench extension -Iength (basic equipment)

Skip SPECIAL ACCESSORIES, if not installed, when
observing the order of mounting.
Cross cut gauge Fig."M"
M 8 x 16
Screw together the cross cut gauge.
ø 8
2 flat round screws
2 wingnuts
1 washer
1 clamping lever
1 knob pin
Fig."M1"
Depending on your preference, insert the cross cut gauge
into the guide groove either on the left or right ofthe saw
blade. Pull the mounted clamping lever in the direction of
the arrow and swing to the rear.
Lock the cross cut gauge at zero degrees with the knob
pin.
The zero mark on the scale must be in line with the
scale pointer. If it is not, loosen the four cross head
screws on the scale and adjust accordingly.
When working, bring the stop rail as close up to the
saw blade as possible.
