OPERATION INSTRUCTION

1. Connect the Power Adapter into the DC Power Port, then plug the Power Adapter into an electric outlet.
2. Grip the Positioning Handles and drape the main unit around your neck with the Shiatsu Nodes at the center of your back.
3. Press " " the POWER ON/OFF Button to turn the unit on.
4. Press " " the MASSAGE DIRECTION Button to change the massage direction.
5. Press " " the HEAT Button to activate heat; press it again to deactivate heat.
6. Use the Positioning Handles to reposition the Shiatsu Nodes to other areas of the neck and back.
7. Press " " the POWER ON/OFF Button at any time to turn the unit off.
8. The unit shuts off automatically after 15 minutes of continuous use.
   NOTE: Using the heat function for more than 15 minutes at a time is
   NOT recommended. Allow the massager to cool down between heat cycles.

PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE

1. Place the massager in a safe, cool, and dry place when not in use.
2. After unplugging, wipe with a soft, damp cloth using non-abrasive cleaners.
3. Never submerge the unit into any liquid.
4. Keep away from all solvents and harsh detergents.
5. DO NOT attempt to repair this massager. There are no user-serviceable parts.

• The appliance must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.

The lightning flash with arrow-head symbol within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of uninsulated "dangerous voltage" with the unit's enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock.
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying the unit.

To reduce the risk of electric shock, this product has a polarized plug (one prong is wider than the other). For safety reasons, this plug will only fit into a polarized outlet the correct way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install a proper outlet. DO NOT bypass this safety feature in any way.

All of the safety and operating instructions should be carefully read, adhered to, and followed before the unit is operated. When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be attended to including the following:

To reduce the risk of electric shock:

1. Always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after using it and also before cleaning.

6. DO NOT carry this appliance by its power supply cord or use the cord as a handle.

12. To disconnect, set all controls to the off position, then remove the plug from the outlet.
13. DO NOT overload the electrical outlet. Use only the power source as indicated.
14. To avoid the risk of electric shock,DO NOT disassemble or attempt to repair the appliance. Incorrect repair can cause the risk of electric shock or injuries when the unit is used.
15. Never remove the plug from the outlet by pulling the power cord.
16. Before use, please consult a medical professional if you have any of the following: thrombus, aneurysm, vein dilatation, spinal bending, heart disease, hypertension.
17. DO NOT use simultaneously with artificial heart, electrocardiogram scanner, or electronic medical equipment.
18. The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance.

19. Stop using if you feel unwell.
