Using the RENPHO Leg Massager

Before Use

When wearing the wraps, please make sure that you wear the corresponding wrap on the appropriate leg: Left and Right
Make sure that the hose has been attached securely by aiming at the snap-fit joint to the controller as shown below.
If you feel the massage is a bit too powerful or prefer it to be less intense, please follow these recommendations:
- Choose the lowest intensity
- Loosen the velcro-strap of the corresponding part.
- It is recommended to leave enough room for 4 fingers to fit in between the massager and calf. Please refer to the image below.

Operation Instruction

Using the Massager - Operation Instruction

The indicator light of the intensity will be BLINKING RED when it is powered on successfully.
" " Power On/Off Button. Press to turn on/off the massager.
The default mode is combine massage mode 1 with air intensity 2.
" " Combine Massage Modes. Press to select from the 3 com- bine massage modes.
Combine 1: Massage feet and calves
Combine 2: Massage from calves to feet
Combine 3: Massage from feet to calves
" " Separate Massage Modes. Press to select from the calf and foot separately.
F: Massage feet
C: Massage calves
Note:
1. The massager will be auto shut-off every 20 minutes. And before auto shut off, the indicator light of the corresponding mode will be BLINKING RED. Press the power button again to re-run the massager.
2. The massager comes with memory design without power cut off, so it automatically operates the last running mode and intensity when powering on.
" "Air Intensity Button. Press to reduce or enhance the intensity. There are 4 intensity levels for each mode, the default intensity is level 2. It is recommended to leave a gap available to put 4 fingers in it or choose the lower intensity if you feel powerful.

Maintenance

Cleaning Method

Do not machine wash. Do not immerse in any liquid to clean. Do not clean it with abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass polish, or paint thinner. It is recommended to wipe down the massager with a soft, slightly dampened cloth instead.

Packing Method

Please avoid folding the connection hose when packing; otherwise this may cause inflation failure.

Troubleshooting

PROBLEM	CAUSE	SOLUTION
The product does not work	The power is not connected or the plug is loose	Plug in the power cord correctly
The product does not work	The power switch is not on or auto-shut-off timer turns it off	Turn on the power switch
Some part can't inflate	The current massage mode exclude massage this part	Please choose the corresponding mode
Some part can't inflate	The tube have not been attached securely, and there is air leaks	Please check again if hose attached securely with controller. (no gap between hose interface and controller)
Some part can't inflate	The tube has been folded	Please avoid folding the tube when packing
Feel powerful or uncomfortable or tight	Wrap your legs too tight	Choose the lower intensity Open the Velcro of the corresponding part Press POWER button to turn off
Feel powerful or uncomfortable or tight	Maybe use the highest intensity
The product suddenly stops working	The massager's overheat protection feature will switch off the massager automatically when too hot	Wait for the massager to cool down before powering it back on
The product suddenly stops working	20 minutes timer turns it off	Press the power button again
The handheld controller gets hot	The product have been used continuously for long time (The temperature rise of handheld controller is normal)	Recommended to use 20 minutes to 30 minutes to avoid OVER USE. After turning off, allow the massager to cool down before using again
Feel the difference of intensity when massaging two legs at the same time	When wearing the boots, the gap you leave may be different	Please leave the same gap when you wear it

Stop using if you feel abnormal or unwell after use and consult a doctor.
DO NOT use spare parts that are not approved by RENPHO.
Non-professional repair personnel should not dismantle or replace the appliance without manufacturer permission.
DO NOT use the appliance if wrap surfaces or the power cord are damaged.
DO NOT use or store the appliance in a place with humidity such as a bath room or places with high temperature.
DO NOT carry the appliance by the power cord or handheld controller.
DO NOT use while sleeping, operating machinery, or after alcohol consumption.
DO NOT stand or walk while using the appliance.
DO NOT expose the handheld controller, the wraps, or the power adapter to water as this may result in malfunction or electric shock.
DO NOT scratch, excessively bend, pull, or twist the wire of the power adapter.
DO NOT place heavy objects on or insert any foreign objects into the slit (this may cause fire and electric shock).
DO NOT use the sharp tools to scratch or puncture the wraps, as this may cause the appliance to an air leak.
DO NOT use wraps directly on swollen, inflamed areas, sensitive skin, or skin eruptions.
DO NOT use the appliance for more than 30 minutes at a time. Extensive use could lead to the appliance's excessive heating and shorter lifespan.
DO NOT operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
DO NOT use the appliance on pets or animals.
