Troubleshooting Guide

Problem Cause Solution
The massager does not work
  1. Disconnected power or loose plug causing poor contact.
  2. The power button is off or the timer has been reset.
  3. The motor auto shuts-off due to the device being on too long activating overheating protection.
  1. Re-plug to the power source.
  2. Turn on the power button.
  3. Use the massager after the motor cools off naturally.
The massage intensity is too high or too low
  1. Your foot is positioned at the wrong angle.
  2. Didn't choose intensity level which is right for you.
  1. Adjust the contact angle to get moderate intensity.
  2. The massager has 4 intensity levels, choose the intensity you prefer. We recommend low intensity to begin with. Or individually choose air pressure or kneading function to reduce the intensity.
No heating or insufficient heating
  1. The heating function is turned off.
  2. The product structure and working principle limits how fast the bottom can heat up. Therefore, the heating-up may seem a bit slow, 7-10 minutes before you can feel the obvious heat.
  1. Turn on the Heat Button.
  2. It takes about 7-10 minutes to fully heat up. Please be patient as this is to avoid the temperature rising too fast.
The touch panel is not working properly
  1. The plastic film on the touch panel is not removed.
  2. Fingers are wet.
  3. Insufficient touch area.
  1. Remove the plastic film before use.
  2. Dry your fingers before touching the button.
  3. Use your thumb to press buttons to get better touch sensitivity.
