Product Introduction

Function

Time: Select 15 or 30 minutes automatic shut-off.

Knead Intensity: Select the kneading intensity among low (L), medium (M), high (H) or OFF.

Air Intensity: Select the air pressure intensity among low (L), medium (M), high (H) or OFF.

Heat: Press to turn on/off the heating function.

Using the RENPHO Foot Massager

Enjoying a foot massage for 15 or 30 minutes once or twice daily can relieve muscle pain, improve blood circulation, and effectively improve the symptoms of insomnia. And we recommend you limit massaging to 15-30 minutes. Longer massage times may cause mild pain.

Connect the plug to the power source. The Power indicator should flash and the massager is in standby.
Please remove the protective film from the touch panel before use.
Press the Power button. The knead and air intensity will be at default low level (L). The default auto shut-off will be 15 minutes with the indicator light red.
Press the Time button to change the auto shut-off to 30 minutes and the indicator light will turn blue.
Press the Knead Intensity and Air Intensity buttons to adjust the knead and air pressure intensity (L, M, H, OFF).
Press the Heat button to turn on/off the heating function.
Note: The heating function cannot work alone. The air pressure and kneading functions can work independently. The heating function can only work when the air pressure and/or kneading massage are working.
TIPS: Use your thumb to press buttons to get better touch sensitivity.
The foot massager fits up to US Men's size 12 (EU Men's size 46).

Product Care and Maintenance

The use of non-rated voltage not (DC12V/2.5A) is prohibited.
It is prohibited for non-professional personnel to repair the massager or replace parts.
If the power adapter is damaged, it must be replaced by the maintenance department or similarly qualified persons approved by the manufacturer so as to avoid potential hazards.
Do not use or store it in wet environments or high temperatures.
Unplug the power adapter from the outlet after using.
Ensure that the operation of this product does not exceed more than 30 minutes at any given time.
If you feel unwell or in any unusual discomfort, please stop using the product immediately.
If high temperature or foul odor is experienced while using the product, stop using immediately and unplug the device.
Any Individual who may be pregnant or recently gave birth, has a heart condition or a pacemaker, suffers from diabetes or other sensory impairment, phlebitis and/or thrombosis, joint dysfunction, inflammation or injuries, weak bones, osteoporosis, a high fever, an abnormal or curved spine, is at an increased risk of developing blood clots, has pins/screws/artificial joints or other medical devices implanted in his/her body, is being treated for a medical condition or physical injury or is under a doctor's care should consult with a medical professional before using a massaging device designed for home use.
Do not use sharp objects to handle the product in order to avoid damage.
Please keep the product clean. You can use a soft cotton cloth and neutral detergent to clean it.
Do not stand when you are using the massager. Do not place excessively heavy objects on the device in order to avoid damage.

Troubleshooting

Common problems	Cause	Solutions
The product does not work.	Disconnected power or loose plug causing poor contact. The power switch is off or the timer has been reset. The motor auto shuts-off due to the device being on too long activating overheating protection.	Re-plug to the power source. Turn the power switch on again. Use the massager after the motor cools off naturally.
The massage intensity is too high or too low.	Your foot is positioned at the wrong angle. Didn't choose intensity level which right for you.	Adjust the contact angle to get the moderate intensity. The massage has 3 intensity levels, choose the mode you prefer. We recommend low mode to begin with.
No heating or insufficient heating.	The heat function is manufactured according to International safety standards, which limits how fast the product can heat up. Therefore, the heating-up may seem a bit slow, 7-10 minutes before you can feel the obvious heat.	If you press the foot cover to see the light, the heating is turned normally. The rate of heating is related to environment. If you are in a cold area, the heating time may take longer.
The touch panel is not working properly.	The plastic film on the touch panel is not removed. Fingers are wet. Insufficient touch area.	Remove the plastic film before use. Dry your fingers before touching the button. Use your thumb to press buttons to get better ouch sensitivity.

12. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.
