Chapter 27 Introducing the Commands
DESCRIPTION
Enables VLAN Trunking on
ports connected to other
switches or routers (but not
ports directly connected to end
users) to allow frames
belonging to unknown VLAN
groups to pass through the
switch.
Enables interface flow control.
Flow control regulates
transmissions to match the
bandwidth of the receiving port.
Enables bandwidth control on
the port(s).
Sets the bandwidth control
action on individual ports.
Sets the maximum bandwidth
allowed for incoming traffic on
the port(s).
Sets the quality of service
priority for an interface.
Sets the duplex mode (
half
full
10
100
) and speed (
,
1000
Mbps) of the connection
on the interface. Selecting
auto
(auto-negotiation) makes
one port able to negotiate with a
peer automatically to obtain the
connection speed and duplex
mode that both ends support.
Enables sending and receiving
jumbo frames on the port.
Disables outgoing traffic on the
port for a port-based VLAN.
Disables IGMP immediate leave
on the port.
Disables IGMP filtering on the
port.
Disables IGMP group limitation.
Disables ingress checking on
the port(s).
Disable GVRP on the port(s).
Disables flow control on the
port(s).
Disables VLAN trunking on the
port(s).
Disables bandwidth limit on the
port(s).
