Click [Manage network connections].
The [Network Connections] dialog box opens.

Double-click [Local Area Connection].
The [Local Area Connection Status] dialog box opens.

Click [Properties] and, in the confirmation dialog box, click [Continue].
The [Local Area Connection Properties] dialog box opens.

Select the [Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)] check box.
Confirm that the [Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)] check box is selected.
If deselected, select the check box.
