Safety guidance
This installation instruction contains important information on
how to use the transmitter correctly. The transmitter installer
should carefully read this operation manual before operating
the transmitter. In case of further understanding or special
problems, which are not described in detail in this
installation manual, please contact our company to obtain
necessary information.
Please pay attention to the warning signs in the manual! It is
forbidden to crystallize or solidify the measured medium,
otherwise the sensor will be damaged!
The operator must operate in strict accordance with the
installation instructions. In addition, occupational safety
rules, accident prevention guidelines, national installation
standards and engineering specifications must be observed.
Please keep this manual properly and store it in a convenient
place near the transmitter.

Open the box
a) After opening the box, check whether the documents and
attachments are complete according to the packing list.
Packing documents: One copy of installation instructions.
One product qualification certificate.
One warranty card.
The packing accessories include:
Two self tapping screws and two plastic expansion tubes each.
b) When receiving the product, please check if the packaging is
intact and verify if the transmitter model and specifications
match the product you have purchased.
c) Observe whether the transmitter has been damaged or not due
to transportation, in order to handle it properly.
d) Please keep the "warranty card" properly and do not lose it,
otherwise it cannot be returned to the factory for free repair!

Precautions for use

The transmitter must be installed by professional technicians

It is prohibited to measure media that are incompatible with
the material in contact with the transmitter.

This product is non explosion proof and is strictly prohibited
from use in explosion-proof areas, otherwise it may cause
serious personal injury and significant material damage.
No modifications or changes can be made on the device.
Handle with care and do not throw it away at will.
Please do not use brute force when installing this
transmitter.
Prevent direct damage to sensors from chemical
reagents, oil, dust, etc. Do not use in environments
with condensation or extreme temperatures. Do not
perform cold or hot shocks.
The protective cover can be removed after 2-3
months of use to clean the filter screen and ensure
normal circulation of the measurement environment.
Installation precautions
The installation height is the height of the human
body sitting or the main environmental area that requires
measurement.
The transmitter should be placed vertically as much as
possible, and during installation, ensure that the sensor
is below the transmitter (the font on the transmitter is
in the positive direction).
Install in a stable environment, avoid direct sunlight,
stay away from windows and air conditioning, heating and
other equipment, and avoid facing windows or doors directly.
Keep away from high voltage and areas with severe
electromagnetic interference, and try to stay away from
high-power interference equipment as much as possible to
avoid inaccurate measurements, such as frequency
converters and motors.

    Star Meter Install The transmitter is equipped with a mounting plate on the back, please remove the mounting plate first. The attachment is equipped with two wall panel self tapping screws and two plastic expansion pipes. First, drill two holes on the wall with a diameter of 6mm and a depth of ≥ 30mm (please refer to the installation plate hole positions for hole positions).
