1.Summary
1.1 Safety guidance
This operation manual contains important information on how to use
the transmitter correctly. The transmitter installation personnel
shall carefully read this operation manual before operating the
transmitter. In case of deeper understanding or special problems, and
the parts not detailed in this operation manual, please contact our
company for necessary information.
Please pay attention to the warning signs on the manual! Do not
crystallize or solidify the measured medium, otherwise the sensor
will be damaged!
The operator must operate in strict accordance with the safety
instructions and instructions in the operation manual. In addition,
occupational safety rules, accident prevention rules, national
installation standards and engineering specifications shall be
observed.
Please take good care of this manual and store it near the
transmitter for easy access.

Cyyz68 series pressure transmitter is suitable for pressure
measurement of liquid or gas and process industry. It is the
responsibility of the operator to verify that the equipment is
suitable for the operating conditions of the application. If you have
any questions, please contact our sales department to ensure the
correct application of the transmitter. The company will not take any
responsibility for the impact caused by improper selection.
The order model is suitable for measuring the gas or liquid medium
described in the sample. The user shall ensure that the tested medium
is compatible with the contact material of the transmitter.

2.Product overview
Cyyz68 series pressure transmitter adopts OEM pressure sensor with
stainless steel isolation diaphragm as signal measuring element.
After automatic test by computer, zero point and sensitivity
temperature compensation of wide temperature range are carried out by
laser resistance adjusting technology. The amplification circuit
transforms the sensor signal into the standard output signal, giving
full play to the technical advantages of the sensor, so that cyyz68
series pressure transmitter has excellent performance. It is easy to
clean, anti-interference, small temperature drift, high stability,
with high measurement accuracy, and is an ideal pressure measuring
instrument in pharmaceutical, food and other industries.
3.Working principle
The pressure sensor diffuses a Wheatstone bridge on the
monocrystalline silicon chip, the measured medium pressure changes
the resistance value of the bridge wall (piezoresistance effect), and
generates a differential voltage signal, which is transformed into a
standard analog signal (as shown in Figure 3-1) or a digital signal
by a special amplifier.

7、Explosion proof description
7.1 Explosion proof type and mark
The transmitter is divided into explosion-proof type, intrinsically
safe type and dust explosion-proof intrinsically safe type.
(1) explosion proof type: in accordance with gb3836.1-2010 and
gb3836.2-2010

7.2 Precautions for use of explosion-proof transmitter
Warning!

A) the transmitter shall be installed in strict accordance with the
relevant provisions of gb3836.15-2017 electrical equipment for
explosive gas atmospheres Part 15: electrical installation in
hazardous areas (excluding coal mines).

B) the transmitter housing must be effectively grounded.

DANGER!
C) the shell of the product is made of aluminum alloy, so the ignition
hazard caused by impact or friction must be prevented!

D) if the internal parts of explosion-proof transmitter are damaged
and need to be repaired or replaced, they shall be returned to the
factory for replacement or repair.

Warning!
E) when flameproof and dust intrinsically safe transmitters are used
in hazardous areas, the transmitter cover must be tightened. In order
to ensure the use safety, the safety regulations shall be strictly
followed. It is absolutely not allowed to open the transmitter cover
when power is on. When installing the transmitter, ensure that the
outlet of the cable is well sealed.

DANGER!
F) intrinsically safe transmitters must be equipped with safety
barriers in order to be used in hazardous areas with explosive
mixtures. The safety barrier shall comply with gb3836.4-2010
electrical equipment for explosive gas environment Part 4 intrinsic
safety type "I", and shall be subject to explosion-proof test by
relevant explosion-proof department and obtain explosion-proof
certificate. The installation shall be carried out according to the
requirements of the operation manual. The system wiring is shown in
Figure 7-1.
