Unpack
a) After unpacking, check whether the documents and accessories
are complete according to the packing list.

b) When receiving the product, please check whether the package
is intact and check the transmitter type
Whether the number and specification are consistent with the products
you choose.
c) Observe whether the transmitter is damaged due to transportation
for proper use good at handling.
d) The user is expected to keep the "warranty card" properly and
do not lose it, otherwise it cannot be returned to the factory free
maintenance!

This product is not explosion-proof and can cause serious personal
injury and significant material damage when used in explosion-proof
areas.

It is prohibited to measure media that are incompatible with the
material in contact with the transmitter.
! No modifications or changes can be made on the device.
! Please handle it gently and do not throw it randomly. Do not use
brute force when installing this transmitter.
! This product belongs to weak current equipment and must be laid
separately from strong current cables during wiring. It should comply
with the relevant national wiring standards (GB/T50312-2016) for
wiring.
Ensure that the power supply voltage meets the transmitter power
supply requirements. Ensure that the high pressure of the pressure
source is within the range of the transmitter;
Installation precautions
Try to install it in situations with minimal temperature gradient
changes.

Warning!
Equipment installation must be carried out without pressure or power
supply.
If the transmitter is installed in a harsh environment and may
encounter dangerous damage such as lightning strikes or overvoltage, we
recommend users to provide lightning protection and overvoltage protection
between the distribution box or power supply and the transmitter.
Connection
The user must ensure that the outer diameter of the
cable used is within the allowable range of the ferrule.
In addition, make sure that the cable is firmly installed
in the ferrule without gap. The locking diameter of
compression bolt is 5 ~ 6.5mm for hesman plug.
Be sure to install the socket correctly and properly to
ensure the degree of protection.
Disassembly steps of hesman plug
Pull out the wiring base inside the plug housing to connect.
The electrical connection method can be seen in the figure below.

c) Use a slotted screwdriver to insert and pry out the wiring base from
the removal slot.
d) After prying out, thread the shielded cable from the outlet hole in
Figure 1-3, connect the wiring at the wiring terminal on the back of the
wiring base according to the wiring diagram, and restore it to Figure
1-1 after wiring, and lock the compression bolt. After the wiring is
completed, the direction of the wiring base can be changed.

Represents a shielded wire, and all marked grounding points
must be effectively grounded. It is recommended to choose shielded
twisted pair signal cables. In order to avoid grounding circuits, the
shielding layer adopts single ended grounding, insulated floating
grounding at the pressure transmitter end, and grounded at the control
cabinet end.
