Breakout
To enable the thermostat to go up to a floor temperature of 45°C a
permanent modification must be made, this can invalidate your warranty
on the product and connected products .
The higher maximum temperature limit needs to be set in the app after
the action has been performed .
To best perform the action the thermostat unit needs to be dismounted
from the power supply, on the back of the thermostat there is a hole as
shown below, to perform the breakout the plastic seal in the hole needs
to be broken and thereafter the PCB trace needs to be broken . The action
is best performed with a flathead screwdriver or similar as shown below .
Whilst doing the breakout please take care not to damage any other
components on the circuit board .
