3.0 Installation • Heater Assembly Instructions
Remove the existing #10 screw holding the exhaust diffuser and set aside (see Fig. 3.7). Insert the

baffle into the exhaust tube, locking each baffle together as they are inserted. Once in the tube, ensure
the baffles are in the vertical position and flush with the end of the tube as shown in Fig. 3.5. Reattach
the exhaust diffuser and secure with the original #10 sheet metal screw.

Secure both radiant tube sections together with one (1) #10 self-drilling screw (included) in each,

inserting where the two tubes overlap (see Fig. 3.7).
With one person positioned at each end of the heater, carefully flip the unit over and set back down onto

the cartons. Using the supplied bolts, lock washer, and flat washer, attach the hanging brackets to the
top of the unit as shown in Fig. 3.8.
Insert the bolt, lock washer, and flat washer in the nutsert in the middle of the assembly and secure (see

Fig. 3.8).
