Disassembling the Valve into Individual Parts

Tools required:

Lift - valve disk R
Lift - double seat valve
Notice
Sensitive parts
The surfaces of the valves and double-disks are sealing surfaces and may
not be damaged.
► When removing the valve from the pipe take care not to hit the balancer
against the housing. Carefully disassemble the valve.
Carefully remove the valve insert out of the housing (402).
Done
Notice
The double-disk (25) and the sealing disk (7) are sensitive
components.
Damage to these parts can result in malfunction.
► When unscrewing the double-disk ensure that the sealing washer does
not hit against the double-disk.
Snap ring pliers
Open-ended wrench
Socket wrench (hex ring wrench)
Hexagon socket connections
Hook wrench
