4 Strömungswächter montieren
1 Überprüfen, ob der einzubauende Strö mungs-
wächter für das Strömungsmedium ausge legt ist.
ACHTUNG!
Beim Ein- und Ausbau des Strömungs wächters
sicherstellen, dass das Rohrsystem nicht unter
Druck steht.
2 Beim Einbau des Strömungswächters sind die
folgenden Punkte zu beachten:
a Der Strömungswächter erfasst punktuell die
Geschwindigkeit an den Fühlerspitzen. Der
Einbauort ist so zu wählen, dass repro-
duzierbare Strömungsverhältnisse vorherr-
schen. Wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, bei-
spielsweise direkt vor bzw. nach Ventilen
oder bewegten Schläuchen, wird eine gerade
Einlaufstrecke von 10 x D vor und eine
gerade Auslaufstrecke von 5 x D nach dem
Sensor empfohlen.
(D = Rohrinnendurchmesser)
Bei senkrechter Leitung:
Nur in Steigleitungen einbauen.
Vertical pipelines:
Medium should be rising.

4 Flow monitor installation
1 Check that the flow monitor is suitable for the
medium to be monitored.
CAUTION!
While installing or removing the flow monitor please
make sure that the pipe system is unpressurized.
2 The following points must be observed when
installing the flow monitor:
a The flow monitor punctually detects the
velocity at the sensor tips. The installation
location must be selected so that the flow
conditions are repeatable. If this is not the
case, for example directly upstream or downs-
tream of valves or moving hoses, a straight
inlet pipe of 10 x D upstream and a straight
outlet pipe of 5 x D downstream of the sensor
is recommended.
(D = inner pipe diameter)
Bei waager echter Leitung:
Nur von unten einbauen.
Horizontal pipelines :
Flow monitor should be
mounted on the underside.
