4.5 Lubrication Schedules
Weekly Lubrication Requirements
There are no weekly lubrication requirements.
Non-lubrication Requirements
Do not lubricate the points described below.
WARNING:
Do not lubricate the stainless steel conveyor chain or shaft bearings inside
the dishwasher wash and power rinse tanks.

Refer to Figure 4.1 above.
1. NEVER LUBRICATE the stainless steel conveyor chains (A) located inside the
dishwasher.
2. NEVER LUBRICATE the drive shaft bearings (B) located inside the dishwasher on each
side of the conveyor drive shaft. The grease fittings on the top of each bearing serve to
keep out water.
3. NEVER LUBRICATE the idle shaft bearings (B) located inside the dishwasher on each
side of the conveyor take-up assembly. The grease fittings on the top of each bearing serve
to keep out water.
