Reach into the opening under the feeder and remove the jammed envelope.

To reinstall the envelope feeder, align the tabs on the envelope feeder with the slot on
the printer. Gently slide the feeder into the slot as far as it will go.

Clearing Paper Jams
If the jammed envelope is still within the paper feed area inside the printer,
do not force it. Always release the transfer guide q inside the printer before
removing the envelope w. After removing the envelope, gently guide the
transfer guide back to its original position.
