4 Diagnostics

You can
use Standard TCP/IP Utility Ping Command to diagnostics the connection.
From Windows start menu, select Run and type in "ping <TCP Server IP address>".
If the connection is established, the Reply messages are displayed, otherwise it will indicate Request timed
out (Figure 4.1).
