- Page 4 (4) Installation instruction: Step 1: Start by assembling the panels & the cargo platform (the front side panel with hooke road logo). Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M6*16), flat washer (N6), flange hex lock nuts (M6). Step 2: To assemble the two leg brackets, mount those cover to the legs using the button head socket cap bolts screws (M6*16), flat washer (M6), flange hex lock nuts (M6).
- Page 5 Step 3: With the legs assembled, mount them to the basket using the button head socket cap bolts screws (M8*20), split lock washer (D8), flat washer (M8*20), flange hex lock nuts (M8). The side with the logo patterns faces outward. Don’t tighten up those bolts.
- Page 6 Step 5: Next, set the basket up onto your spare tire in order to see how far in far out the legs of the basket need to be positioned. And then, adjust the distance to sit tight to the tire. The basket to sit tight to the tire and make sure the basket is horizontal...
- Page 7 Step 6: To install the oil drum brackets (Need to distinguish to driver & passenger side). Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M8*20), split lock washer (D8), flat washer (M8*20), flange hex lock nuts (M8). Repeat the installation in the another side. Step 7: At last, use the gray ratchet straps to tighten up the baskets.
