1) Rotate [VOL] to turn power ON.
2) Be sure VFO mode is selected.

W USING THE 100 kHz TUNING STEP
The 100 kHz tuning step provides quick frequency selec-
tion.
1) Push [FUNC] then rotate the tuning control.
2) Push [FUNC] again to return to normal step operation.
