Adapters are recommended
• Between the pump's inlet and the water supply.
• Between the pump's discharge and the discharge line.
The installation of the adapter to the pump requires gaskets between the pumg connection
and the adapter end face. When connecting suction and discharge lines to the adapter
counter the adapter, with a spanner or other tool. The countering prevents the adapter and
the pump's connection from rotating and loosening.
• Electrical work: An approved electrician must carry out the electrical work.
• Installation/dismantling: The staff must be trained in the use of the necessary tools and
fixation materials.
• The product must be operated by persons who have been instructed on how the com-
plete system functions.
CAUTION
Danger of injury due to fluid shooting out and components
coming loose!
Not installing the pump/system correctly can lead to serious injuries dur-
ing commissioning!
- Carry out all work carefully!
- Keep a safe distance during commissioning!
- Always wear protective clothing, protective gloves and safety glasses
when working.
Before switching on the pump
Before starting the pump, check the following:
• Comply the electrical connection with the local regulations?
• Is the connection cable laid correctly (no tripping points, no damage)?
• Is the fluid temperature correct?
• Are the discharge line and suction line free of foreign materials?
• Is the shut-off valve in the discharge line open?
