Isolation
The pump can be installed outdoors. For outdoor installation, it is strongly recommended to
install a shelter.
The shelter must not affect the ventilation and heat dissipation of the pump.
Outdoor installations should be mounted on level ground so that the lower surface of the
pump base is in full contact with the ground.
Using the pump in winter requires special precautions. Especially in areas where the ambi-
ent temperature is below freezing.
Dangers for the pump:

Freeze of the pump
•
Freeze of pipes
•
Deformation and/or breakage of the pump
Recommended measures:
•
Lay horizontal pipeworkat a depth of over 30 cm underground.
•
In winter, drain the water or provide heat when the pump is not in operation.
CAUTION
Keep the upper side of the motor or pump free from flammable
materials and avoid fire accidents.
The water pump inlet and outlet are G1" female threads.
