    A M P R E S E A R C H P O W E R S T E P – F O R D S U P E R D U T Y Insert 7 Carriage bolts (17) into slot on rail (4). Insert from either end of rail. Add 2 Light Brackets (25) on the 3rd and 5th bolt.
  • Page 6 A M P R E S E A R C H P O W E R S T E P – F O R D S U P E R D U T Y Install provided spacer (19) and M6 bolt (14) into Thread supplied bolts 2x (8) into Front Drive Linkage.
  • Page 7 A M P R E S E A R C H P O W E R S T E P – F O R D S U P E R D U T Y Start from rear of vehicle tighten brackets to the body of the vehicle.
  • Page 8 A M P R E S E A R C H P O W E R S T E P – F O R D S U P E R D U T Y Connect power and ground for controller to battery, Red to positive and Black to the negative lead. Route harness legs down over wheel wells toward motor linkages, long leg across front and over to driver side.
  • Page 9 A M P R E S E A R C H P O W E R S T E P – F O R D S U P E R D U T Y Connect harness to motor. Secure harness with tie wraps.
  • Page 10 A M P R E S E A R C H P O W E R S T E P – F O R D S U P E R D U T Y Wire OBD II connector with Posi-Splice and plug into port. OBD II Connector located below steering column.

    A M P R E S E A R C H P O W E R S T E P – F O R D S U P E R D U T Y Reinstall fuse.Check that all doors activate the Power Step and the LED Lights work when doors open and close.
