(4) Installation instruction: Step 1: Assemble the rack on the ground. Start by mounting the Rear Fairing & the Rear Side Side Rails. For this, use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*16), Flat Washer (M8*20*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Step 2: Install the three Crossbars. - Page 5 Step 3: Distinguish the mounting brackets from the back. As the picture shown. Step 4: Before installing half of luggage rack on the car, please install those brackets into the roof rack with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*25), Flat Washer (M8*20*1) , Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).
- Page 6 Step 5: Put half of luggage rack into your vehicle. Snap the bracket into the groove.
- Page 7 Step 6: Assemble the rack on the ground. Mounting the short crossbar into the Front Fairing. For this, use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M6*10), Flat Washer (M6*12*1), Tee Sliding Slot Nuts (M6). Make sure the machined slot in the rail of the crossbar is facing the front fairing. Step 7: Assemble the Front Roof Mount Brackets with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M5*8), and then install the Front Roof Mount Brackets into the front fairing with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*16), Flat...
- Page 8 Step 8: Remove the cover above the front glass of the original vehicle, Put the front fairing into your vehicle. Install it into your vehicle with the Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6). Step 9: Assemble the front rack in your vehicle front roof. Install the front side side rails into the front fairing.
- Page 9 Step 10: Install the four Crossbars. For this, use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*16), Flat Washer (M8*20*1). Step 11: Install the roof rack (Front Part + Rear Part) . Use the connecting brackets with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M6*16), Flat Washer (M6*16*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6).
