- Page 4 (4) Installation instruction: Step 1: Assemble the rack on the ground. Mounting the shortest crossbar into the Front Fairing. For this, use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M6*10), Flat Washer (M6*12*1), Tee Sliding Slot Nuts (M6). Make sure the machined slot in the rail of the crossbar is facing the front fairing.
- Page 5 Step 3: Next, mount the front and rear fairings. To do this, use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M6*16), Flat Washer (M6*16*1) Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6) to install the front fairings, the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*16), Flat Washer (M8*20*1) Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8) to install the rear fairings .
- Page 6 Step 4: Distinguish the mounting brackets from the back. As the picture shown. Step 5: Before installing the luggage rack on the car, please install those brackets into the roof rack with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*25), Flat Washer (M8*20*1) , Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Don’t tighten up all of those bolts.
