(4) Installation instruction: Step 1: Remove the factory bumper. Ready to install our bumper. Step 2: Assemble the Part “A1”, Part “A2” & Part ”B” with the Hex Bolt(M12*30), Split Lock Washer(D12), Flat Washer(M12*30*2), Hex Nut(M12). - Page 5 Step 3: Install the Part “D” into the bumper. Tighten up the middle two bolts with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws(M8*25), Split Lock Washer(D8), Flat Washer(M8*16*1). Step 4: Please be sure to add gaskets during installation to achieve stable installation effect.
- Page 6 Step 5: Install the Part “C” into the bumper with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws(M8*25), Split Lock Washer(D8), Flat Washer(M8*16*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Step 6: Install the bumper into your vehicle with the Hex Bolt(M12*35), Split Lock Washer(D12), Flat Washer(M12*30*2), Hex Nut(M12).
