PRECAUTIONS 1.1 Notices Familiarize yourself with the control and proper use of the tractor. Learn how to quickly stop the engine. Failure to follow warnings and instructions may result in fire and/or serious injury.

    If the machine starts to vibrate abnormally: check for possible damage; Check and tighten any loose parts. All inspections, repairs and replacements are carried out by an authorized RURIS service center. Do not touch engine parts and areas that heat up during operation. There is a risk of burns.
  • Page 9 5.1. BACK PLATE ASSEMBLY Align the holes on the plate with the holes on the back of the machine and secure the plate with the nuts (M6) and screws (M6x12 and M8x25).

  • Page 11 5.4. SEAT INSTALLATION Align the holes on the seat with the holes on the fixing plate, fix the seat with washers and screws (M8x20) as shown in the adjacent figure. Fix the seat to the machine with screw (M8x18) and nut (M8). 5.5.
  • Page 12 Fix part 3 and part 4 with the brackets 5, using the screw (M6x30) and nut (M6) to fix. Install part 7 using (M6x12) and nut (M6). Tighten the screw and nut as shown in the adjacent figure. Attach the grass bag to the metal frame as shown in the figure below.

  • Page 14 Oil supply Before starting the engine, fill the engine with RURIS 4T-MAX oil or an API classification oil: CI-4/SL or higher. Engine oil bath capacity 0.5L Check the engine oil level with the engine stopped and upright. Lift the seat, remove the protective cover.

  • Page 17 Set the speed/shock variator to the start position. (START) Insert the ignition key and turn it to ON for electric ignition, then turn it all the way to start the engine. Release the ignition key after the engine starts. Once the engine is started, switch the variator lever to the minimum speed position. 6.4.
  • Page 18 6.5. scale Make sure the collection bag is properly installed. Adjust the cutting height to the appropriate position. The cutting height is adjustable from 30- 75 mm, positions 1 to 6. Shift the speed variator lever to the full speed position.
  • Page 19 6.7. PARKING BRAKE Place the gear shifter in the "N" position. Depress the brake pedal to reduce speed until the tractor stops. Move the blade engagement lever to the CLOSED "A" position. Raise the parking lever to the "P" position, then release the brake pedal.
